Baker Creek Chalets is located in Banff National Park on the scenic Bow Valley Parkway; an ideal escape only a 2 hour drive from the city of Calgary. It is the idyllic romantic venue to host your classic lodge style wedding & intimate reception at the Baker Creek Bistro.
Baker Creek Chalets has a total of 35 accommodation units; 16 lodge suites and 19 individual chalets of different styles. The Baker Creek Bistro is located in a separate log building on the property and caters all of the Baker Creek weddings with gourmet meals and intimate dining. Couples can choose to have their ceremony at any one of the stunning locations in Lake Louise or an informal ceremony by babbling Baker Creek. The Heritage Centre at Baker Creek is inviting and relaxing, perfect for a backup space for planned outdoor ceremonies or a winter wedding ceremony.
Baker Creek Chalets offer one & two night wedding packages for up to 60ppl. Weddings occurring over a Saturday night do have a minimum 2 night stay requirement. TWO NIGHT WEDDING PACKAGE (minimum 40 people)

• Continental self serve breakfast
• Lunch for bridal parties
• Pre-dinner hors d’oeurves and champagne reception

Day 3
• Baker Creek Exclusive Brunch
• Personalized bag lunch for each guest on departure
$8250.00 for minimum 40 guests.
Additional $200 per person for each add’l person up to 60. Does not include GST and Gratuity. For each child under the age of 10, $75 will be credited to the total food bill for a maximum of $750. Does not include beverages, alcohol or additional charges Hosts are responsible for minimum bar charge.

HERITAGE CENTRE
The Heritage Centre at Baker Creek is a warm and inviting space with three beautiful interconnected rooms that can be utilized for your ceremony, slide show, or informal reception. We can seat approximately 40 people for a ceremony style seating and up to 60 people for a reception style gathering.
The Bistro offers full catering services at the Heritage Centre. Functions booked for evening hours do require rental of the eight accommodation suites above the Heritage Centre in the Moose Lodge. If you are holding your Ceremony in the Heritage Centre as well as your reception/dinner, we ask that your guests depart the room after your ceremony in order for our staff to successfully complete the room set-up and keep the dinner running on time. Two and a half hours are required to change the room from Ceremony to dinner/reception style set up.
